Lora Jenett Riley, 83, of Oakland City, passed away Sunday, March 20, 2011 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh.

Born Nov. 19,1927 in Oakland City, she was the daughter of Denzil and Alta M. Randolph Garrison.

She worked at Potter & Brumfield for 38 years. 

Survivors include sons, Lloyd (Janice) Riley of Petersburg, Denzil (Diana) Riley of Oakland City; daughter, Susan (Michael) Stafford of Jasper; a sister, Shirley Houchin of Oakland City; 16 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Riley; sisters, Fern Willis, Norma Cox; and a son, George Edward Riley.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 24, 2011 at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Fred Denton officiating. Burial will be in Providence Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. until the service hour on Thursday at the chapel.
