Martha Jane Coomer, 67, of Princeton, passed away Monday, Feb. 7, 2011 at home.

Born Jan. 25, 1944, in Princeton, she was the daughter of Woodrow and Betty (Ritchie) Reel.

She worked in the finishing department at Mid-states Rubber Co. for 44 years. On Nov. 19, 1966, in Princeton, she was married to Dan Coomer. She was a member of the Bethel Memorial Church of Princeton.

The two things that were most dear to her were her family and her church.

Survivors include husband, Dan Coomer of Princeton; daughter, Debbie (Jim) Sampson of Princeton; brothers, Charles (Sue) Reel, Joe (Lynn) Reel, both of Princeton; sister, Mary Ann (Charles) Lewis of Princeton; and two grandchildren, Hunter and Beth.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 10, 2011 at Doyle Funeral Home, 520 S. Main St. in Princeton, with Pastor Kevin Wilson officiating. Burial will be at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Fort Branch. 

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2011 at the funeral home.
