Gloria E. Payne, 70, of Princeton, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2011 at her home in Princeton. 

Gloria was born Aug. 17, 1940 in Owensboro, Ky. to Aarmon and Clara (Crowe) Midkiff.

She worked in quality control at G.E., P.I.C., and Ameriqual Foods.

She is survived by her daughters, Yvonne “Bonnie” (Larry) Sisk of Princeton, Pam (Mark) Hall of West Virginia; son, Mike Payne of Princeton;  two brothers, Bobby Midkiff of Mexico, David Midkiff of Owensboro, Ky.; 11 grandchildren, Jared Welch, Jana Leigh Sisk, Scott Allen Sisk, Arieal (Payne) Whitfield, Kimberly Dawn  Sisk, Kalei Yvonne Hardiman, Mark Hall, Tyler Hall, Joseph Payne, Adam Payne, Tabitha Payne; several great grandchildren;and several nieces and nephews

 She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Payne in 1994; sons, Joseph and John Payne; and a sister, Judy Englemeyer. 

 Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 30, 2011 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with the Rev. Ronald Payne and the Rev. Ellis R. Payne officiating. Burial will be at the Maple Hill Cemetery in Princeton. 

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Saturday at Colvin Funeral Home.
