Marjorie Dale Berry, 86, of Vincennes, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2011 at the New Willow Manor Nursing Home. 

Born Dec. 10, 1924 in Decker, she was the daughter of Matthew and Ethel Mae (Williams) Berry.

She was a life resident of Knox County and moved to Vincennes 20 years ago.  She was a member of the Decker United Methodist Church and was a 1943 graduate of Decker High School.

 She is survived by a sister, Delores A. Goodwin of Vincennes; a brother, John L. Berry of Patoka; eight nephews; and several great nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Edna Berry and Lillian Fithian; and two brothers, Glen and Harold Berry.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. (eastern) Tuesday Jan. 25 at Fairview Cemetery, 919 Willow St. in Vincennes with the Rev. Faye Bilskie officiating.  There will be no public visitation. 

Gardner-Brockman Funeral Home, 505 Main St. is handling arrangements for the Berry family.
