Jerry C. Wesley, 82, of Princeton, passed away Friday, Jan. 9, 2009 at Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Oakland City.

Born Aug. 7, 1926 in Eldorado, Ill., he was the son of Wayne and Evelyn (Martin) Wesley. He resided in the Princeton area for 63 years.

 He was employed at Whirlpool for more than 35 years retired in 1983.  He was a member of the Broadway Baptist Church in Princeton.

 Survivors include daughter, Dara (Sunny) Arendell of Oakland City; son, Jim Wesley of Princeton; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

 He was preceded in death by his wife Alice, whom is was married to for 59 years; his parents; and two brothers.

 Private family memorial services will be at a later date.  Colvin Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
