Kathryne Elizabeth Snell, 86, formerly of Princeton, passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at her home in Florida.
Born Dec. 16, 1922 in
Bicknell, she was the daughter of Homer and Blanch (Wagstaff)
Cargal.
She graduated from Princeton High School in 1940.
She married Elwyn Snell on April 4, 1944 in Owosso. She worked for Indian Trails and later for Universal
Electric as a stenographer, secretary and director of public relations from
1972 until retirement. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Owosso where
she served as a lay minister.
Survivors include her husband, Elwyn Snell; daughter,
Kathryne Nuveman of Owosso; son, Edward Snell of Owosso; sisters, Martha Horne of Evansville, Evelyn McClure of Princeton; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; seven sisters; and four brothers.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m.,
Monday,
