M. Lucile Huelsman,
93, of Fort Branch, IN, passed away on Thursday, Mar. 25th, 2010, at Bethel Manor in Evansville, IN.
She was born to the late John
A. and Mamie (Schmitt) Reuber
on Sept.
18, 1916, in Mt. Carmel, IL.
Lucile was a member of the
Holy Cross Catholic Church in Fort Branch, IN, she was a recipient of the Brute
Award in 2001, and was a recipient of the Mother Theresa Award in 2007. She was
also a member of the Daughters of Isabella in Haubstadt, IN.
Besides her parents she is
also preceded in death by her husband on Dec. 17, 1985; a daughter, Mary Lou McBride on Feb. 8, 2006; a daughter-in-law, Heather A. Huelsman,
on Oct. 2006; a son-in-law, Leo B. Waninger on Oct.
2006; and a brother, John Robert (Bob) Reuber on Oct. 31, 2005.
She is survived by 3
children, Roberta Ann Waninger of Evansville, IN, Richard C. Huelsman of Raliegh, NC, and Eugene (Si) Huelsman of Bloomington, IN; 7 grandchildren, Amy Waninger, Eric Waninger, Kara
McBride, Mark McBride, Tony Huelsman, C.J. Huelsman, and Zach Huelsman;e 8
great grandchildren.
A mass of Christian burial
will be conducted on Monday, Mar.29, 2010 at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Fort
Branch, IN., with father Tony Ernst and Father Bernard Lutz the co-celebrants,
burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be on Sunday, Mar. 28,
2010 from 2:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Stodghill Funeral Home located on
Hwy. 168 West in Fort Branch and again from 9:00 A.M. until service time at the church Monday morning. A rosary will be
recited on Sunday evening at 7:30 P.M. at the funeral home by the church parish.
