Juanita Madge (DeBord) Haynes, 84, of Midway, passed away Saturday, June 20, 2009 at St. Mary's Medical Center. (Midway, Indiana)

Born on Aug. 12, 1924 in Princeton, she was the daughter of Luther and Bertha (Fletcher) DeBord.

She was married to the Rev. James C. Haynes on Jan. 22, 1956 in Princeton.

Survivors include five children, Martha Sue, Rev. James C. Jr. (Janey), Mary, Paul, and Timothy; and five grandchildren;

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Rev. James C. Haynes; daughter, Martha Sue; brothers, Kenneth and Leonard DeBord.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at the Richland General Baptist Church in Richland with the Rev. James C. Haynes Jr. and the Rev. Gene Wright officiating. Burial will be in Midway Cemetery.

Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at the Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport and from 9 a.m. until the time of service Wednesday at the church.
