George W. Yeager, 66, of Fort Branch, IN passed away on Thursday the 16th of September at his residence.

George was born to the late Alex B. (Burt) and Robbie (Alsop) Yeager on May 4, 1938 in Fort Branch, IN, and has resided here his entire life.

He was a member of the Fort Branch Presbyterian church where he had just received his 58 year pin for perfect attendance.

Besides his parents he is preceded in death by 2 brothers, Loren Yeager who passed away in 1965, and Kenny Yeager who passed away in 1990.

George is survived by 1 sister and brother In-law, Betty and Al Stolz of Oakland City, IN; 2 nieces and 3 nephews and their spouses, Monica and Rick Mahan and children, Brenda and Dan Scott and children, David and Kristy Stolz and children, Terry and Doris Stolz and children, and John and Linda Stolz and children; 2 sister-in-laws, Betty Yeager and Pauline Shuler; and nieces, Bobbi Sharon and Janet Beverly.

Services for George will be on Wednesday, September 22, 2004 at 10:00 A.M. at the Stodghill Funeral Home located on Hwy. 168 West in Fort Branch, IN with burial in Walnut Hill Cemetery also in Fort Branch. Reverend Sam Sterrett will officiate.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 21, 2004 from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
