Arnold R Wilkerson, 89, of Princeton, IN and formerly of Fort Branch IN passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2006 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh.

Arnold was born January 6, 1917 in Casey County, KY son of James and Sylvania (Russell) Wilkerson.

He was retired from Emge Meat Packing in 1987 after 45 years. Arnold was a WWII Veteran. He was also a member of the Princeton Eagles and the Princeton American Legion Post 25.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Charlesteen in 1997; and a great granddaughter Sarah Gail Kulesza in March 2004.

Arnold is survived by 5 daughters and 5 sons, Larry Wilkerson of Virginia Beach VA, Ron Wilkerson of Camden, TN, Ed Wilkerson of Brownsburgh, IN, Roger Wilkerson of Princeton, IN and Rick Wilkerson of Princeton, IN; Linda Haubold and Joyce Miller of Princeton, IN, Janet Thompson of Farina, IL, Barbara Metric of Hazelton, IN and Marsha Pinkston of Winslow, IN; a sister, Rena Wilkerson of Ft. Branch, IN; 22 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were conducted on Saturday, March 11th at 2:00 P.M. at Stodghill Funeral Home, with Reverend Scott Burr officiating. Burial was in Walnut Hill Cemetery in Fort Branch IN.

Visitation was on Friday, March 10th at the Stodghill Funeral Home located on Hwy. 168 West in Fort Branch, IN from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M and on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until service time at the funeral home.
