husband Roger (Tater) Showers, who passed away in 1993.
She is a member of the Fort
Branch First Presbyterian Church, and the Fort Branch VFW post 2714 Women’s Auxillary.
Alice is survived by 2
daughters, Diane and Don Schmits of Fort Branch, IN,
and Sandy Reininga of Pittsburgh, PA; a sister Maude Felker of Winterhaven, FL; four grandchildren,
DeeAnn Parker, Tim Schmits,
Tom Schmits, and Jessica Gorencic;
and 3 great grandchildren, Timothy Schmits Jr.,
Kimberly Schmits, and Jeremy Schmits.
There will be no visitation
or service at the Stodghill Funeral Home In Fort Branch,
IN. The body will be cremated.
