Robert E. Fraker,
75, of Fort Branch, IN passed away on Monday, Dec. 8, 2008 at Gibson General Hospital Skilled Care unit in Princeton, IN.
He was born to the late Rosco and Susan (Baldwin) Fraker on Sept. 11. 1933 in Westport, IL.
Bob was retired from the CSX
Railroad. He was a member of the Holy Cross Catholic Church in Fort Branch, IN, the Princeton Knights of Columbus, and the
Evansville Gun Club. He was also a veteran of the Korean Conflict, having
served in the U.S. Army.
Besides his parents Bob is
also preceded in death by his son, Greg Fraker, Dec. 1, 1985.
He is survived by his wife of
50 years, Wilma (Tatum) Fraker, and 1 son and his
wife, Gary (Patti) Fraker of Fort Branch, IN. He is
also survived by 1 grand daughter, Clarissa Fraker of
Fort Branch.
A mass of Christian Burial
will be conducted on Friday, Dec. 12, 2008, 11:00 A.M. at the Holy Cross Catholic Church, Fathers Tony Ernst and Gary Kaiser
will be the celebrants. Entombment will be in Holy Cross Mausoleum.
Visitation will be on Thursday, Dec.
11, 2008 from 3:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at the Stodghill Funeral Home located on
Hwy. 168 West in Fort
Branch, IN, and again from 9:00 A.M. until service time at the funeral home, Friday morning. A rosary will
be recited by the church parish at 6:30 P.M. at the funeral home Thursday evening.
