Martha Lou Lewis, 79 of Princeton, Indiana passed away on Friday, February 16, 2007 at the Waters of Princeton.

She was a past member of the Eastern Star and the American Legion. She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She retired in 1991 from Hansen’s Manufacturing after 20 years. 

She was born December 25, 1928 in Francisco to William & Fannie (Maxam) Collins, both deceased.

She was also preceded in death by her 2 husbands, Paul W. Daugherty and Melvin "Ed" Lewis (September 2006) and a sister, Verna Hurst. 

Martha Lou is survived by 4 children and their spouses, Paula & Ross Thurston, Gregg & Sue Lewis and Shane & Teresa Lewis all of Princeton and Shon & Bill Perry of Hazleton; 12 Grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren; brother, Bill (Evelyn) Collins of Princeton; sister, Katherine (Darwin) Sisson of Orlando, Florida. 

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday February 20, 2007 at 10:00 AM at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with Donnie Truelock officiating. Burial will be at the Maple Hill Cemetery in Princeton.

Friends may visit from 4 until 8 PM on Monday at the Colvin Funeral Home.
