Georgia Sue Langley, 75 of Oakland City, passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2008, at her home in Oakland City.

She was born in Princeton, IN on February 11, 1933 to Bert & Evelyn (Russ) Cotterill.

She lived in Oakland City most of her life and retired in 1992 as a schoolteacher at the East Gibson School Corp after 35 years.  She was a member of the Friendship General Baptist Church in Oakland City. 

Georgia is preceded in death by her father, Bert Cotterill; husband, Wade Langley; daughter, Alison Kay Wright and a brother, Rob Cotterill. 

She is survived by her mother, Evelyn Cotterill; daughter & son-in-law, Shelly & Bob Christmas of Princeton; grandson, Andy Orem; and several nieces and nephews. 

Memorial services will be held at 11 AM Friday, September 5, 2008 at the Friendship General Baptist Church in Oakland City with Dr. Bob Doane officiating.

Friends may visit from 10 AM until service time on Friday at the church. Corn-Colvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
