Glenola Kuhn age 92 passed away Tuesday June 24, 2008 at the Gibson General Hospital Skilled Nursing
Facility in Princeton.
She was born May 28, 1916 in West Terra Haute, IN to Isaac and Elizabeth
(McCullough) Gilmour.
She was a former restaurant
manager for DeMoss Rexall
Drugs in Princeton and worked for Republic Aviation during WWII.
Glenola had lived in Princeton most of her life. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church,
member of V.F.W. Post 1147 Ladies Auxiliary. She was an avid bingo player,
enjoyed playing cards and enjoyed crocheting.
She is survived by a daughter, Elizabeth (Don) Schmitt of Princeton; three
grandchildren, Brad (Emily) Schmitt of Princeton, Aaron Schmitt of Indianapolis, and Aimee (James) Smith of Princeton; two
great-grandchildren; Tori and Brookyn
Schmitt; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband William R. King and
second husband Charles Kuhn, 2 sisters and 1 brother.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 2 p.m.
Friday
June 27, 2008 at St. Joseph
Catholic Church in Princeton with Fr. Ronald Zgunda
officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Joseph Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be from noon until 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Colvin Funeral Home.
