Mr. Jerry A. Knight, 61 passed away Sat. Feb. 25, 2006 at the Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Oakland City.

He was born in Oakland City to Hiram and Esther (Tisdale) Knight on Sept.2, 1944.

He had worked for oil well companies and for Oakland City University. 

He is survived by a daughter, Cassie Nalley of Winslow, IN. and 3 Grandchildren, Trevor, Trenton and Trisha Nalley. Also surviving are a brother, Mike Knight of Oakland City, half brother Paul Meyers Jr. of Winslow, half sister Faye Winkler of Vincennes, IN. and half sister Pansy Howell. 

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by half brother Hassell Knight, half sisters Chloe Brock and Garnell Lynch. 

Funeral Services will be at 10 a.m. Sat. Mar. 4, 2006 at the Corn-Colvin Funeral Home in Oakland City with burial in the Knight’s Chapel Cemetery near Oatsville, IN.

Friends may call from 4 until 8 pm Friday and from 8 a.m. until service time Saturday at the Corn-Colvin Funeral Home.
