James Chester “Chet” Rodgers, 71, passed away Saturday morning February 11, 2006 at VNA Charlier Hospice Center in Evansville, IN. He was born September 8, 1934 in Liberty, KY to William & Della (Johnson) Rodgers and had lived in this area most of his lifetime. 

He was a self-employed carpenter, a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of the V.F.W. # 1147, American Legion Post # 25 & Eagles Aerie # 361 all in
Princeton. His father, 2 sisters & 1 brother all preceded him in death. 

Survivors include, a daughter, Kimber Farrar of
Fort Branch, IN; a son, Jamie Rodgers of Princeton, IN; his mother, Della Rodgers of Patoka, IN; a brother & sister-in-law, Wes & Joyce Rodgers of Patoka, IN; 2 grand-children, Justin & Jaida Rodgers. 

Friends may call for visitation from 6 until
8 P.M. Monday at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton. No services will be held.
