Phyllis J. (Robb) Dillard, 70, passed away Sunday, August 26, 2007 at her home in Princeton.

 

She was a homemaker and lived in Princeton since 1968, coming from Mt. Vernon. She attended the Patoka United Methodist Church

Phyllis was born
July 10, 1937 to Carl and Olive (Goldman) Robb.

 

She was preceded in death by her father Carl Robb; step-father, Edward Hale; husband, Ernest "Jack" Dillard in 1993; 2 brothers, Melvin & Rick Robb; 2 sisters, Joan Whetstone and Sandra Leister; and a step-sister, Jean Kolb. 

She is survived by her mother, Olive (Robb) Hale of Princeton; son & daughter-in-law, Ernest R. & Angelika Dillard Jr. of Princeton; daughter, Anne Marie Dillard of Princeton; 4 grandchildren, Jennifer Lynn Lewis, Ernest "Robbie" Dillard III, Stanley & Junior Sobey; 2 great grandchildren, Brendon Cottington and Nicole Lewis; brothers, James Robb of Dale and Carl "Buck" Robb of Princeton; and sisters, Kathy Schmidt and Carolyn Downs both of Princeton; step-brothers, Jack Hale of Oakland City and Jerry Hale of Alpina, MI.; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Ralph Smith of Princeton, Dorothy Jones of Carmi, Billy Cowen of Mt. Vernon, Earl "Doc" Cowen of Chicago, Danny Smith of Carmi, Tommy Smith of Evansville, Nora Mae Cowen of Carmi, Marilyn Brown of Monee, IL., Alfred Leister of Owensville, and Dixie Robb of Mt. Carmel. 

Funeral Services will be held on
Friday August 31, 2007 at 2:00 PM at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton with the Pastor Greg Davis officiating. Burial will be at the Maumee Cemetery in Johnson.

 

Visitation will be from 4 until 8 PM on Thursday at the Colvin Funeral Home.
