Harry Dickman
Jr., 74, passed away on Tuesday July 1, 2008 at the Deaconess Hospital in Evansville.
He retired in November 1996
as an Industrial Engineer from Hurst Manufacturing Company in Princeton. He formerly worked for Tell City Chair and Midland Ross Plastics in Dawson Springs, Ky. He lived in Princeton since
1983. He was a Veteran of the United States Marines Corp. He was a Kentucky
Colonel. He also was a member of the Al E. Orton Masonic Lodge #628 in Dawson Springs, KY, and the Pocket City Order #82 Sword of Bunker Hill
in Evansville, IN
He was born on December 2, 1933 in Tell City, IN to Harry Dickman, Sr. &
Mildred (McLain) Dickman, both deceased.
Harry is survived by his 3 children, Sondra Cherry of Memphis, TN, Pamela Winkel of Princeton, and Donald Dickman
of Memphis, TN; 5 grandchildren, David Franklin, Tiffany Concepcion,
Brian Dickman, Lorraine Cherry & Deanna Cherry; 3
great grandchildren, Katelyn, Kirsten & Kendall Concepcion; 1 brother, Wayne Dickman
of Vallejo, CA; 2 nieces, Adina Uglow
and Sarah Dickman; and 1 nephew, Aaron Dickman.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday July 5, 2008 at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton with the Rev. David Brandon officiating. Burial will follow at 1 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery in Tell City, IN.
Friends may visit from 4
until 8 PM on Thursday July 3, 2008 at the funeral home. VFW Post #1147 will conduct
military services at the funeral home on Saturday.
