Mrs. Donna Kay Bailey, 62, died Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2005, at Community Methodist Hospital in Henderson, KY. During the last five years she worked at Blake’s Country Store in Cairo, KY. She was a member of the Cairo Volunteer Fire Department’s Aux., and a devoted, caring mother who loved to cook for family on holidays. 

She was born on Dec. 17,1943 to the late Bruce and Rosalie (Henson) McCandless and was preceded in death by her second husband, Ron Bailey in 1999. One granddaughter, Jada Bailey also preceded her. 

Surviving are one daughter, Jennifer Riddle of Petersburg, IN. two sons, Scott Bailey of Madisonville, KY and Jeremy Bailey of Henderson, KY; one sister, Sherrie Brewster of Hollister, MO; three Grandchildren; Zacharie and Brooke Riddle and Chelsea Bailey also survive; three special friends, Jan Gentry of Poole, KY., Betty Jean Nunnely of Henderson and Beth Nalley of Morganfield, Ky. also survive. 

Funeral Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2005 at the Corn–Colvin Funeral Home in Oakland City, IN, with the Rev. Mary Wrye officiating. Burial will be in the Walnut Hill Cemetery in Petersburg, IN.

Friends may call from 4 until 8 p.m. Monday and from 8 a.m. until service time Tuesday at the Funeral Home.
