Harold E. Arbuthnot, 80, passed away on Tuesday July 10, 2007 at Daviess Community Hospital in Washington, Indiana. He lived in Princeton most of his life. Harold retired in 1990 from Whirlpool after 35 years. He also served in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the VFW #1147 and the American Legion #25. He was a former member of the Eagles. 

He was born on October 27, 1926 in Gibson County to Paul & Clyde (Mans) Arbuthnot, both deceased. Also preceding him in death were his brothers, Bob, Paul Jr, Bill and Jerry Arbuthnot; and a sister, Bonnie Mitchell. 

Harold is survived by his brother, Clarence (Lefty) Arbuthnot from Oakland City; sister, Hattie Marie Fetcher of Ft. Branch; and several nieces and nephews. 

Graveside Services will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday July 12, 2007 at the Francisco I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Friends may call from 9 until 10 AM on Thursday morning at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton. VFW Post #1147 will conduct military graveside services.
