Dorcas A. Thomas, 43, of Petersburg, IN passed away on Sunday Oct 2. 2005 at 1:35 A.M at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville, IN.

She was born on August 16, 1962 in Oakland City, to Donald and Pauline (Leighty) Myers.

She was a graduate of Vincennes University and Trinity Holliness Academy. She was a devoted mother and pastor’s wife.

Surviving are her husband of 19 and one-half years, Carl Thomas; children, Carl III, Danae, Caleb, Darcee Thomas all of Petersburg, IN; parents, Donald and Pauline Myers of Petersburg, IN; brothers, James Myers of Shoals, IN, Joseph Myers of Corydon, IN and Brent Myers of Otwell, IN.

Funeral services will be Wednesday October 5, 2005 at 10:30 A.M. at Twin Oaks Church in Petersburg, IN with burial in Twin Oaks Cemetery, Rev. Eugene Gray officiating.

Visitation will from 4:00-800 P.M. Tuesday at Twin Oaks Church and from 8:30 A.M. on Wednesday until services at the church.
