Terry Eugene Myers, 60, of Oakland City, IN entered rest on Thursday August 14, 2008 at 6:05 P.M. at his home.

He was born on March 23, 1948 in Oakland City to Ted Eugene Myers and Billie Joe Satterfield.

He was preceded in death by his father.

He was employed for 37 years at Whirlpool Corp and was a member of Local 808; a member of S.A.L. also a life member of the N.R.A.

Surviving is a son, Stanley Myers of Oakland City, IN; mother and stepfather, Billie Joe and Charles Satterfield of Oakland City, IN; grandchildren, Kayla and Jacob Myers; brothers, Douglas Myers of Evansville, IN, Roger Myers of Oakland City, IN, Ronald Myers of Arthur, IN, Darrin Myers of Atlanta, GA; sister, Lana Myers of Oakland City, IN; stepbrother, Les Satterfield of Oakland City, IN; stepsisters, Etta Mae Calhoun of Kankakee, IN, Karen Moody of Decatur, IL, Brenda Akers of New Castle, IN; beloved friend, Kelly Schooler of Oakland City, IN.

Funeral services will be Monday August 18, 2008 at 7:00 P.M. at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel with Bro. Bill Arnold officiating. Burial in Montgomery Cemetery at a later date.

Visitation will be 2:00 P.M until services on Monday at the chapel.
