Helen Jean Hostetter, 93, of Oakland City, Ind. entered eternal rest on Wednesday July 19, 2006 at 6:35 P.M. at Gibson General Hospital in Princeton, Ind.

She was born on November 23.1912 in Francisco, Ind. to David and Hattie (Brown) Helsley..

She had worked at several restaurants in the area as a waitress. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, American Legion Post # 256 Auxiliary, Oakland City Eagles and V.F.W. Post # 1147 Auxiliary.

Surviving are nieces, Barbara Kiesel of Haubstadt, Ind. and Sue Chesser of Plainfield, Ind.; a nephew, Robert Greek of Indianapolis, Ind. and several great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Friday, 11:30 A.M. July 21, 2006 at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel with burial in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Francisco, Ind., with Rev Sam Padgett officiating.

Visitation will be from 9:30 A.M. until services on Friday at the chapel.
