He was member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic
Church, and operated a Wholesale Egg Business for 25 years.
Surviving is his wife of 62 years the former
Dorothy Farney; daughter Laura Thomas of Francisco,
IN; daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Steve Kiesel
of Sumter, South Carolina; son, Stephen Hopkins of Newburgh, IN; son and
daughter-in-law, Dennis and Cindy Hopkins of Francisco, IN; eleven grandchildren;
fifteen great grandchildren; sisters, Ethel Keneipp
of Oakland City, IN, Geneva Booker: of Princeton, IN and Mary Jane Black: of
Princeton, IN.
