Cleatis M. Heacock, 98, of Oakland City, IN entered rest on Saturday May 26, 2007 at 12:40 A.M. at Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Oakland City, IN.

She was born on April 28, 1909 in Gibson County to John and Maude (Duncan) Williams.

She was a homemaker and was member of First General Baptist Church in Spurgeon, IN.

She was preceded in death by husbands Kermit Henke Sr., Welza Mason, and Hoyt Heacock.

Surviving are a daughter, Charlotte Richeson of Oakland City, IN; a son, Kermit Henke of Ellisville, MO; step sons, Larry Heacock of Coe, IN, Bob Heacock of Evansville, IN; and several granddchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 P.M., Monday, May 28, 2007 at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in Montgomery Cemetery, Dr. Douglas Low will officiate.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until services Monday at the Chapel.
