Alma Orene “Loveless” Griesemer, 86. of Francisco, IN passed away on Wednesday April 5, 2006 at 3:30 P.M. at Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Oakland City, IN.
She was born on November 12, 1919 in Greenbriar Arkansas to David and Minnie (Sawrie)
Loveless.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and
two sisters.
She had worked at Potter& Brumfield in Princeton, IN and Oakland City University, was manager of Clark’s
Discount Store in 1960, and co-owner of AB Café for many years. She was a talented cake decorator and known
for her wedding cakes and her famous cream pies. She was a member of the Francisco General Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband of 67 years Emanuel
“Blackie” Griesemer; four children Kenneth and Judy Griesemer of Evansville, IN, Larry and Jenny Griesemer of Evansville, IN, Barbara and Jim Dunn of
Francisco, IN and Susan Sullivan of Petersburg, IN; (13) grandchildren (23)
great grandchildren (3) great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Saturday April 8,
2006 at 1:00 P.M. at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel in Oakland City, IN, burial in I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Francisco, IN, Rev. David Griesemer will
officiate.
Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until services on Saturday at the Chapel.
