Donald D. Dunigan,
73, of Oakland City entered eternal rest on Monday May 22, 2006 at 1:00 P.M. at his home.
He was born on June 27, 1932 in Pike Co, IN to Orland and Sadie Henson Dunigan.
He was preceded in death by his father, one
brother David Dunigan, one sister Doris Dunigan and son Michael Dunigan.
He was a retired reclamation supervisor for
Amax Coal after several years of service, and had worked for Burris Trucking as
a Truck Driver.
Surviving is his wife of 53 years the former
Nora Alice (Loveless) Dunigan; son, Terry Dunigan of Oakland City, IN; mother Sadie Dunigan of Petersburg, IN; and five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Thursday May 25,
2006 at 2:00 P.M. at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel with burial in Montgomery Cemetery, Rev. Barry Whitaker will officiate.
Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Wednesday and from 8:00 A.M. until services on Thursday at the chapel.
