PETERSBURG—The Rev. Wanda Lee Clausen, 82, of Petersburg,
died Tuesday, March 27, 2001, at Amber Manor Healthcare in Petersburg.
She was born December 21, 1918, in Pike County to the Rev.
Joseph and Roxie RISLEY Davis.
She was a retired minister, pastoring in Nebraska for 17
years and at the Winslow Church of God for 10 years. She was also a newspaper
reporter in Nebraska.
Surviving are a step-daughter-in-law, Barbara Clausen of
Anderson; a sister, Betty Cochren of Winslow; six step-grandchildren; and 14
step-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry, in 1960; two
sisters June Burris and Joyce Canaan; and a brother Robert Davis.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 29, at
Lamb-Basham Memorial chapel in Oakland City. The Rev. Dale Landis will
officiate.
Burial will be in Montgomery Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 28,
and from 8 a.m. until the services Thursday at the funeral home.
