Adrian B Brenton died August 15, 2004 10:52 P.M. at Deaconess Hospice Care Center in Evansville, IN.

He was born on March 19, 1925 in Pike Co, Ind. to Delbert B. & Opal (McGrady) Brenton.

He was a member of Church of Christ in Princeton, Ind. Was a missionary worker in Sojourners with Church Of Christ, 2 years after his retirement, He worked at Evansville Shipyards, Chrysler, International Harvester, and for 7 years with R.H. Meyers Builders in Evansville, was employed at Enos Coal Company in 1967 and retired from Old Ben Coal 2 in 1985.

Surviving is his wife of 60 years the former Norma L. Barnett.  Daughter and son-in-;aw Karen & Wayne Parke , Evansville, Ind., son and daughter-in-;aw Larry & Sue Brenton, Princeton, Ind., brother and sister-in-law Ronald Eugene & Beulah Brenton, Phoenix, Arizonia.  Grandson and granddaughter-in-;aw Tim & Tiffany Parke, Newburgh, IN.   Granddaughter and grandson-in-law Andrea & Eric Hartman Versailles, Ky.  Great grandchildren Kirsten, Skylar Parke, and Keaton Hartman.

Funeral services will be Wednesday August 18, 2004 10:00 A.M. at Brenton Chapel Church of Christ near Petersburg, IN, Rev. Ray Stilwell & Rev. Stephen Rogers officiating.   Burial in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery near Winslow, IN.  

Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:00 -8:00 P.M. at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel in Oakland City and from 8:00 A.M. until services on Wednesday at the church.
