She was a Clinic Social Worker and worked for Knox Co. Mental Health Center, Vincennes, Ind.

He was preceded in death by her father Bradford Corn

Surviving are her husband of 23 years Ron Boultinghouse, Evansville, her mother Toni Corn, Oakland City, Ind. Daughters :Tacy Erwin, Jasper, Ind., Sarah Butcher, Oakland City, Ind., Son Chris Boultinghouse , Oakland City, Ind. Grandchildren Chloe Erwin, Jasper, Ind., Kelsey Bate, Sesser, Ill. amd brother Richard Corn Marysville, Tenn.

Funeral services Tuesday August 3, 2004 11:00 A.M. Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel in Oakland City, Ind. Burial in Montgomery Cemetery,

Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00P.M. Monday an from 8:00 A.M. until services Tuesday at the chapel.
