JUDITH KAY (Perlow) MILLER

Judith Kay Miller, 45, died at 11:21 a.m. Friday, July 29, 1994, at Alton Memorial Hospital in Alton, Ill.

She was born Oct. 12, 1948, in Princeton. Mrs. Miller was a program (manager) for C.P. Horton Substance Abuse Center at Alton for the past five years.

Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Renee and Robert Chaney of Edwardsville, Ill; her parents, Raymond and Janelle Perlow of Owensville; a brother, Michael Perlow of Murray, Ky.; grandchildren Amanda and Matthew Chaney of Edwardsville; goddaughter, Jessica Robinson; and two nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Colvin Funeral Home, 425 N Main St., Princeton, with the Rev. Ralph Scoggins officiating. Burial will be at a later date.

Friends may call at Smith Funeral Home, Alton, Ill., from 2 until 9 p.m. Today; and at Colvin Funeral Home from 11 a.m. Until the funeral hour Tuesday.
