Verlin W Keehn, 61,
died at 3:35 p.m. Sunday, May 31, at Welborn Baptist
Hospital in Evansville.
He
was born Aug. 16, 1930 at Pekin, Ind., and resided in
rural Patoka for the past 29 years, moving from Salem, Ind.
Keehn was a mail truck driver for the
Mid-West Transit Company. He served in
the US Army.
Surviving
are his wife, Dorothy B. Keehn of Patoka; a son,
Terry Keehn of Patoka; a daughter, Mikki Keehn of Patoka; four
grandchildren, Rachel, Nathan and Tyler Keehn and
Mykel Lynn; a brother, Lawrence Keehn of Orleans,
Ind.; two sisters, Ruth Myers of Pekin and Mary
Landrum of Wilmington, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside
services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Oak Hill Cemetery, Patoka, with the Rev
Barney Price officiating.
Family
and friends will meet at Colvin Funeral Home, 425 N. Main St., Princeton, prior
to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, to proceed to the cemetery for graveside services.
There
will be no visitation held at the funeral home.
