Howard Walter 'Mose' Hope

Howard Walter 'Mose' Hope, 82, died at 9:20 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 18, 1988, at Gibson General Hospital in Princeton.

He was born Sept. 9, 1906 at Wheeling and resided in Princeton most of his life. Hope was a retired employee of Puckett Lumber Company. He was a charter member of Eagles Aerie No. 361 in Princeton.

Preceding him in death were (his first wife Dorothy Hunt Hope, 1946 & grandson, Troy Lee Williams, 1961) his parents, William Washington and Lottie A. (Brown) Hope.

Surviving are a daughter, Zonya LaDene Hope Williams Arbeiter of Patoka, a grandson, Anthony Wayne Arbeiter of Princeton and a sister Marjorie Borders of Princeton

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Colvin Funeral Home, 425 N. Main St., Princeton with the Rev. Phil Edwards officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Tabor Cemetery, Wheeling.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 until 8 p.m. today.
