William
Paul Douglas, 80, of Evansville, died at 5:20
p.m.
Sunday, November 20, 1983, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville.
He was
born Aug. 27, 1903 in Owensville. Douglas retired from
International Harvester in 1955.
Surviving
is his wife of 58 years, Ruth (Woods) Douglas of Evansville; and one daughter,
Mrs. Anna Lourie Waters of Memphis, Tenn.; one son, Charles Paul
Douglas, Tennyson, Ind.; two sisters, Mrs.
Lucille Martin of Fort Branch and Miss Nell Douglas
of Evansville; five grandchildren and
four great-grandchildren.
Funeral
will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Holder’s Funeral Home, 319 S. Main St., Owensville,
with the Rev. Jarmon Perkins.
Burial
will be in the Blythe Chapel Cemetery.
Friends
may call at the funeral home from 2 to 9
p.m.
Tuesday.
