A former resident of Patoka, Mrs. Nora Mae Boyles, 76, died
Tuesday at Archibald Memorial hospital in Thomasville, Georgia after a lengthy illness. At the
time of her death, Mrs. Boyles was a resident of Tallahassee, Florida, where she had resided for the past
year, moving from Patoka.
Mrs. Boyles was born May 30, 1894 in Patoka. She was a member of
Patoka Methodist church.
Those surviving are three sons; John, Tallahassee, Fla; Frank, in Massachusetts and Russell, Evansville; two sisters, Mrs. Loren Bryant and Mrs.
Paul White, both of Patoka; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Rev. Paul Ayers will conduct funeral services 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Patoka Methodist church with
burial to follow in Patoka (Oak Hill)
Cemetery.
Friends may call at Colvin and Son mortuary from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home.
