Word has been received here of the
accidental death of a Princeton serviceman.
A.M.H. 3rd Class Hollie Boyd Russell, 19, died on the
aircraft carrier USS Coral Sea, when a rocket carrying Pod fell on him. The carrier is located just off the coast of
Viet Nam.
Surviving are the mother, Mrs. Wilma
Pearson, Princeton, the father, Hollie W. Russell, Paducah, Ky., two sisters,
Nancy Russell of Paducah, and Mrs. Connie Carney, Lone Oak, Ky.
The youth was a graduate of
Princeton High School (class of 1966) and had resided here for six years. He was a member of the Immanuel Baptist
Church at Paducah, Ky.
