THOMAS ELIAS LYNCH
April 16, 1898 - January 12, 1962.
PRINCETON – Funeral services for Thomas Elias Lynch, 63, who died at his home
east of Princeton at 2:20 a.m. today, will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. in Colvin Chapel with the Rev. John
Paul Jones officiating. Burial will be
in Patoka, Cemetery. He had been ill
about three months.
Mr. Lynch was born at Leavenworth, Ind., April 16, 1898, and lived in Princeton the past eight years moving here from Patoka. He was a John Deere farm equipment dealer for
30 years. He was also a veteran of World
War I , serving overseas and a member of American
Legion Post 25.
Surviving are the widow, Melvina; four sisters, Mrs. James Alvis,
Princeton, Mrs. Joseph Greubel, Mrs. Casey Underwood
both of Evansville and Mrs. Ruby Sutton of Hernando, Fla.; a
brother, Jerry Lynch of Patoka, and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Saturday.
