Mrs. Ettie Essie Keith Sutherlin, whose death from a car accident, occurred at 1:10 am Sunday, December 13, 1953 in the Wabash General Hospital, was a native of Gibson County, Indiana.  She was the daughter of William and Bertha Elvira Stott Keith and was born March 4, 1916.  Her age was 37 years, nine months, and nine days.  She was married to Claud Elton Sutherlin at Princeton, Indiana on April 2, 1943.  He and her father and mother, together with two children survive;  Jo Ann Sutherlin and Susan Jane Sutherlin of Mount Carmel;  also one brother and four sisters,  William Floyd Keith, Mrs. Roscoe Lofton (Eva), and Miss Elsie Keith, all of Princeton;  Mrs. Gerald Crow (Nettie) of Mount Carmel,  and Mrs. John Cooper (Irene) of Highland, Indiana.  Preceding her in death were a daughter, Patty Sue Sutherlin and a brother Vesper Carl Keith.

Mrs. Sutherlin was taken to the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton where services will be held in the Chapel Tuesday afternoon at 2 pm with the Rev. Alfred C Weir officiating.  Interment will be in Maple Hill cemetery at Princeton.   Mrs.  Sutherlin was formerly employed at Meissner’s.
