         DEATHS

     MILLARD SPORE

   Millard Spore, 75, passed away at his home in Princeton, about 3:45 o'clock Tuesday morning, following a five day illness.

   Surviving are four sisters, Mrs. John Moser and Mrs. Grover Woods of Eldorado, Ill.; Mrs. John Bingham of Princeton and Mrs. Lemuel Armstrong of Owensville; one brother, Horace Spore of Owensville and several nieces and nephews.

   Mr. Spore was born four miles northeast of Owensville on February 2, 1878, where he lived for most of his lifetime, having retired from farming and moving to Princeton some three years ago.  He was widely known throughout the county for his ability to remember historical events and important dates.  He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jack Spore of Owensville.

   Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the White Church near Princeton with the Rev. J. R. Wooten of Owensville officiating.  Burial in the church cemetery.
