BERTHA JENKINS

Miss Bertha Jenkins, 58, Haubstadt, Ind., a native of Western Black township, Posey County, died at 3:30 a.m. today at Welborn Memorial Baptist Hospital in Evansville.

Announcement of her death was received locally by Samuel Alldredge, whose deceased wife was a sister of Miss Jenkins.

Funeral arrangements had not been made early today. (Burial was in Walnut Hill Cemetery, Fort Branch, Indiana.)

The deceased was a daughter of James H Jenkins and Ella Hines Jenkins, who formerly resided on the Mackey Ferry road west of Mt. Vernon.

Survivors include three sisters, Misses Emma and Georgia Jenkins, Cincinnati, and Miss Grace Jenkins, Haubstadt, and two brothers, Owen Jenkins, who resides with Mr. Alldredge, and Kern Jenkins, Elberfeld, In.
