Princeton,
Indiana, Wednesday, February 3, 1943
Mrs.
Louella Troutman, 83, widow, and former Gibson county resident, died at 1
o’clock this morning at the home of a daughter, Mrs. William H. Henderson,
Detroit, Mich., following a two weeks illness.
Funeral
services will be held at 2:30 o’clock Friday afternoon at Shiloh church, with
the Rev. W. A. Skelton, of Owensville, and the Rev. John E. Zoller, of
Hazleton, pastor of the church, officiating.
Burial
will be in the church cemetery.
The
remains will arrive at the Colvin and Son mortuary in Princeton Thursday
morning and will be taken Thursday afternoon to the home of a son, Henry E.
Troutman, near Shiloh, to remain until the funeral hour, where friends may
call.
Surviving,
besides the daughter, Mrs. Henderson, at Detroit, and the son, Henry E.
Troutman, is another son, Sam D. Troutman, of Evansville. The husband, George
W. Troutman, died in 1929.
Mrs.
Troutman was born March 27, 1859, in Gibson county.
She had resided in Detroit the past ten years.
She
was a member of Shiloh church.
