Obituary.

Sarah Elizabeth Richards daughter of Robert and Amanda Harris was born in Casey Co. Ky July 17^th 1854, departed this life after four years of illness, March 13^th 1945 age 90 years 7 months and 27 days. She was married to John L. Richards Dec. 13^th 1874. To this union were born four children, Amanda, Tom, Joe, and Bob, the later with his father preceded his mother in death.

She was converted young and joined the Christian church. She held her faith in the Lord and all through her illness bore a good testimony.

She leaves to mourn her death her daughter Mrs. Amanda Walters, two sons, Tom and Joe. 15 grandchildren, 41 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Richards will be held at 10:30 o'clock Friday morning at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Amanda Walters, 404 east Oak street (Princeton, Indiana) with the Rev. Amon Luttrell, of Evansville, officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery, near Owensville. The body is at the daughter's home until the funeral hour.
