Hazleton, June (sic) 24.

Curtner H. Elliott, 61, died at 10:15 o'clock morning (24 Jul 1947) at the Robert Long Hospital in Indianapolis, where he had been a patient for the past two weeks.

The body will be returned to the Harrington funeral home in Hazleton. Tenative funeral arrangements are for Sunday afternoon in the Shiloh Methodist church, where he was a member. He was also a member of the Hazleton Odd Fellows lodge.

Surviving are five sons, Herman, Gordon, Bryan, and Curtis (sic) Elliott all of Hazleton, and Shirley Elliott of Indianapolis; two sisters, Mrs. Lottie Lindy of Princeton and Mrs. Faye Greer of Russiaville, Ind.; four brothers, Charley and Allen of Hazleton rural route, Herbert of Vincennes and Wallace of Boonville, and six grand children.
