Clarence Raney, 29, died at his home 734 Stout street at 1:30 p.m. Thursday (19 Apr 1928) of progressive paralysis.

 

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday afternoon at the Evangelical United Brethren church in charge of Rev. J. M. Hedge and Rev. M.P. Kindred. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery.

 

The American Legion will have charge of the services at the grave.

 

He is survived by his parents Mr. and Mrs. Francis Raney; one brother John Raney, Princeton; a half sister, Mrs. Mildred Grove, Washington; three half brothers, William H. Raney, Princeton and Charles A. Raney and E. H. Raney of Washington.

 

The decedent was born in Bates county Mo. April 19, 1899, he received his education in the Princeton schools. He was a veteran of the World War.
