WILLIAM ORVILLE SPORE
(Died Aug 12, 1913)
DEATH FROM TYPHOID
Orville Spore died at his home about four miles northeast of this place
Tuesday evening about six o'clock from typhoid fever. The remains were interred in the Bethel cemetery Thursday afternoon, Rev.
Abel of the M. E. church conducting the services.
Orville was the son of Andrew J. Spore, and was born on the farm where
he died, Aug. 8, 1889.
November 15, 1911, he was married to Elva, daughter
of Jas. H. Armstrong. There were no
children. Last Easter day, he became a
member of the Methodist church at this place. The deceased was an honorable,
industrious young man. Cut down in the
full strength of his early manhood, his death is a loss to the community as
well as his family, that is deeply deplored.
