DEATH OF ISAAC SPORE

Well Known Owensville Citizen

  Passes Away Thursday Night

   The death of Isaac Spore, one of

the best known men of Owensville,

occurred at his home there at 8

o'clock Thursday night, after a ling-

ering illness of several years with

dropsy.

   The funeral will be held Saturday

morning at 11 o'clock at White Church

conducted by Rev. May and Rev.

Shoultz, and interment will be in

the cemetery there.

   Mr. Spore was 74 years old and had

lived in this county all his life.

He is survived by three daughters,

Mrs. Fannie Woodson, of St. Louis,

Mo., Mrs. Robert Cowan of Stilwell,

Ind. and Mis Della Spore of Owens-

villle, one sister Mrs. Mary Kendle

of Princeton and three brothers,

William of Princeton, Thomas of

Oakland City and A. J. Spore of Ow-

ensville.  He was an excellent citi-

zen and a good man in every way,

and his death brings sorrow to many

hearts.  To the bereaved family the

sympathy of all is extended.
