OWENSVILLE, IND. Feb. 17—Mrs. Mary M.
Spore, wife of Julius Spore, a well known resident of this place, was found
dead in bed about three o’clck this morning. Her death is believed to have been due to
heart trouble.
Mrs. Spore was an
invalid for three or four years and of late had been under the doctor’s
care. Her husband was up at 12 o’clock last night and gave her some
medicine, and she apparently was feeling as well as usual. When her husband went to her bedside at 3 o’clock this morning he found she had passed
away. Death had come peacefully and
apparently without pain. The deceased
was 62 years of age and had resided in Owensville and Montgomery
Township all her life. Besides a husband she leaves one daughter
Mrs. Ida Mowery of near Owensville and two step-daughters, Mary Nettleton and
Martha Smith both of whom reside in Montgomery
Township.
The funeral
arrangements have not been announced.
