AGED WOMAN DIES

   Mrs. Emily Spore Passes Away

        At Baldwin Heights

  Mrs. Emily Spore, wife of Andrew J. Spore, deceased, and one of the pioneer citizens of Gibson County, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. D. C. Hanna, at Baldwin Heights at 6:50 o'clock Tuesday evening.  Death was due to the infirmities of old age.  She was eighty years, eleven months and twenty-two days old and had not been in good health for some time.  She was well known here.  Two sons and three daughters are left.  They are Marshal Spore of DesLoge, Mo., Oscar Spore of Howell, Ind., Mrs. J. H. Woods, city, Mrs. J. W. Rutledge, of Evansville, Ind. and Mrs. D. C. Hanna, city.  There will be a short service at the home at 12:30 o'clock tomorrow, and at the White Church at two o'clock.  The services will be in charge of Rev. Pilant.
