Aged Resident of Southside Expires
Suddenly Saturday Afternoon
--- Funeral This Afternoon.

Mr. H.B. Potts died at the home of his son-in-law, D.P. Crane, on
south Seminary street Saturday afternoon at five o'clock.

 

The deceased was afflicted with heart trouble and the end came very suddenly and unexpectedly. He had not complained of feeling unwell and was sitting quietly in a chair when the hand of death touched him. He formerly lived in Kentucky by had made his home with his son-in-law for a few months. He was seventy-three years of age.

 

The funeral will be held this afternoon at two o'clock, conducted by Rev. Smith, and the interment will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery.

The funeral of H. B. Potts, whose death occurred Saturday, was held Monday afternoon at the residence on
south Seminary street, the services being conducted by Rev. Smith. The interment occurred in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
